Zahkring (also Eastern Mishmi, Zaiwa, or Meyor) is a small Tibeto-Burman language of Arunachal Pradesh in India. Zakhring has been left unclassified within Tibeto-Burman or classified as a Midzuish language. However, it appears that Midzu may not be Tibeto-Burman, whereas Zakhring clearly is. Blench and Post (2011) believe that it is an East Bodish which has been influenced by Midzu or other divergent languages of the region.
