Saam, also Saam Rai and Saama Kha, is a nearly extinct Kiranti language spoken in Nepal. The name Saam is ambiguous, and shared with neighboring languages. It's not clear if Lingkhim is an alternate name (from the name of its village), a dialect, or a separate language, as there is little information to go on. Chukwa may be Saam if it isn't Kulung.
