Gurindji (Kuurrinjtji) is a Pama–Nyungan language spoken in the Northern Territory, Australia. Gurindji Kriol is a mixed language that is derived from it. The Gurindji language has borrowed many words from surrounding languages such as Gajirrabeng, Ngaliwurru, Jaminjung, Jaru, Miriwung, and Wardaman.
